Ultravalve specialise in Reduce Pressure Zone Valves (RPZ Valves) suitable for category 4 risk backflow prevention.

We have over 20 years’ experience in the industry and are proud to offer the full supply, installation and testing package for RPZ Valves nationwide through our extensive stocks, WTI approved test engineers and our experienced installation partners.

We can also offer the yearly recalibration with certification of RPZ test kits or replacements when required.

Ultravalve’s accreditation includes: Safe Contractor, Achilles, Constructionline, Reset Certification Scheme

RPZ TESTING

Ultravalve’s team of extensively experienced WTI approved engineers have been testing RPZ Valves for over 20 years and are ready, willing and able to serve our customers nationwide on the commissioning, testing and certification of RPZ Valves.

There are numerous manufacturers of RPZ valves with sizes ranging from ½” to 10” and at Ultravalve we carry stocks of full spares for all sizes for most of the industry’s manufacturers.

Equipping our engineers with a complete spares kit for their on-site visits reduces the likelihood of a return visit being needed and therefore keeps costs down for our customers.

Test Centre

Ultravalve have a fully functioning RPZ Test Centre at our premises which we use for training and educating our partners, the operatives in the water industry, on the workings and regulations of RPZ Valves.

We are unable to certify testing carried out by third parties, but would encourage customers seeking certification to outsource their RPZ Valve testing to us. We have vast experience in the field and carry a large range of spares for all sizes of most manufacturers in stock.
